The Bethlehem Charismatic International Fellowship (BCIF) in Dueñas has a vibrant and active church community. It has between 90 to 150 members, including those who are part of its various outreach programs.

The church focuses on building strong relationships with God and each other through life groups and ministries that meet regularly.

The church holds life group meetings in several locations throughout the week. On Thursdays, there’s a group that meets in Brgy. Anjawan Ponong Pequeño from 3 PM to 4:30 PM. Another life group meets every Saturday in the same area, Ponong Pequeño, during the same time slot. These small group gatherings provide a chance for members to study the Bible, pray together, and offer support to one another in their spiritual journeys.

In addition to those meetings, another life group gathers every Saturday from 6 PM to 7:30 PM in Brgy. Baac, offering more opportunities for fellowship and discipleship. There’s also a life group in Poblacion C, which meets every Wednesday from 7 PM to 8:30 PM. Meanwhile, a group in Poblacion A gathers twice a month on Thursdays, giving members there a chance to connect regularly.

The Worship Team also has its own life group that meets every Saturday in the church from 5 PM to 6:30 PM. This group focuses on spiritual growth while also preparing the team to lead worship during Sunday services. On Fridays, the entire church gathers for a prayer meeting from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, coming together to lift up their prayers and intercede for one another.

The church is also involved in outreach, including a unique ministry called "Special Action Forces" (SAF), which meets once a month. They also partner with the Dueñas Police Station, holding meetings once or twice a month, though the specific days vary. These ministries reflect the church’s commitment to serving the community and spreading the love of God beyond the church walls.
